Job Title: Technical Support Executive / Customer Support ExecutiveFunctionally Reports to (Designation): Team Leader Supervises (Span of Control) Division/Department/Process/Section: Operations Location: BangaloreAge (in years): 18-30Experience: Fresher / ExperienceKey Competencies 1. Computers: basic knowledge of Internet & Windows, ability to navigate multiple applications2. Typing speed: minimum 15 wpm with minimum 80% accuracy . Product knowledge 4. Customer service attitude (includes responsiveness, empathy, managing irate customers, and friendliness)5. Problem solving attitude . Listening and comprehension
. Written communication for documentation purposes . Multi- tasking Telephone Etiquette

Duties and Responsibilities1. Provide knowledgeable assistance for wide number of products and customer situations . Provide information about products and services offered . Generating various reports on accurate and timely basis. Complete internal documentation on paper or online to forward to various departments for work on accounts. Retain customer accounts . Provide a level of customer service that meets the specific client requirements in building mutuality and customer relationships. Willingness to work in rotating shifts and on Sundays & Public Holidays.



REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Graduate in any discipline (BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBM, BHM etc) or 10 + 3 KNOWLEDGE of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Kindly let us know your interest.
