CRM Programs:

Today, Businesses are growing larger and larger. Along with that, they are more becoming customer focused. Customer’s satisfaction with product and after sales services defines the possibilities of return sales for the company. So data that is related to clients of a company are really critical for its success and growth. This data becomes huge as the size of company keeps increasing. So some special software package is required to maintain and manage this data. A CRM Program is such a business software application that is used to maintain and manage the profile data of a company's clientele centrally and making it available to all the relevant staff members of the company promptly. CRM programs generally come in two types:
On Premises programs: These kinds of CRM programs are installed at the premises of a company on its own servers. The company and its staff are responsible for managing, configuring, troubleshooting and optimizing it. Usually a onetime license cost is needed to be paid by the purchasing company and a limited time support is provided.
Remotely Hosted Program: These programs require no hardware or complicated software setup by the purchasing company. It is installed on the servers of the selling company and the program is accesses remotely using either some public network with secure VPN type of technology or on a private network. The cost associated with this kind of setup is quiet low, although the buyer company has to pay monthly fee or instalments. Support is usually available for the whole period of subscription.
